Products can be returned only in the following two circumstances:

1. You received a product that is defective or damaged

In both the situations, the following conditions have to be fulfilled:

1. Products should not have been worn and/or used.
2. Every product must be returned with tag, invoice and packing material intact.
3. All claims for returns will have to
4. clear an assessment made by the quality control manager. Return request will have to reach us within 3 days of the receipt of the product.
5. Cost of shipping of returned products will have to be borne by the customer.

Important:

No requests for return or refund will be entertained for customized products. Customized products CANNOT be returned.

How it will work…

In case of a refund:

1. We receive your returned product.
2. Our quality control team scrutinizes the product to assess if all return conditions are fulfilled.
3. If the quality control team approves, the refund claim is processed within 4 working days.
4. You will be informed via email confirming the transfer of credit to
your account.
