Delete Your Preity’s Silks Account & Personal Data

At Preity’s Silks we respect your privacy and make it easy to delete your account and associated personal data. Use the options below to request account deletion — we’ll process your request and confirm once it’s complete.

How to delete your account (if you can sign in)

1. Sign in to your Preity’s Silks account at https://Preityssilks.com/account.

2. Go to Account settings → Delete account and follow the on-screen steps to permanently delete your account and data.
   If you don’t see the option, contact us using the form or email below and we will delete your account on request.

How to request deletion if you cannot sign in
If you’ve deleted the app or cannot sign in, please request deletion by either:

• Emailing us at Info@preityssilks.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address used for your account; or

• Submitting a request .

When you submit a deletion request, we will verify your identity using the email address or phone number associated with your account before processing.

What will be deleted
On deletion we will permanently remove personal profile data such as your name, email address, shipping addresses, saved payment tokens (if any), and profile preferences associated with your Preity’s Silks account.

What may be retained
We may retain limited records (for example, anonymized data, statutory transaction records, and information necessary for fraud prevention, tax or legal obligations). Where applicable, we will only keep the minimum data required and will inform you if any retention is necessary and why.

Processing time
We will begin processing your deletion request immediately and aim to complete it within 30 days. If we need additional time due to legal/regulatory reasons, we’ll notify you and explain why.

Confirmation
After we complete deletion, we will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account.

Legal & Exceptions
Deletion requests are subject to applicable law. We will not delete data that must be retained under law (e.g., for tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance). We will always explain any such exceptions in our response.
