Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 3 working days from the date of Requests made beyond this period cannot be accommodated.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, with foldings and tags intact, and in their original packaging to be eligible for
  • Excluded Items: No exchanges allowed for accessories (Neckpiece, Jhumkas, Bangles, Earrings), readymade/stitched blouses, or items with falls, or tassels

 

Initiating an Exchange

  • Damaged Goods: In case of damaged merchandise upon receipt, notify us within 24 hours via email at info@preityssilks.com. Please include a photo of the damaged product with tags
